Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to every Syrian governorate in one of two ways. Which one applies to you is decided automatically by the governorate you select at checkout — there is nothing extra for you to do.
1. Direct delivery to your address
Currently available in: Damascus and Rural Damascus.
- Our own courier brings the order to your address.
- A detailed address is required at checkout (area, street, nearest landmark, building and floor). The more precise it is, the faster your order arrives.
- Payment method: cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel is handed over.
- The delivery fee is added to your order total and shown clearly in the order summary before you confirm.
- Expected delivery time: 1 – 2 working days.
2. Shipping through a transport company
Available in the remaining governorates: Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartus, Idlib, Daraa, As-Suwayda, Quneitra, Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa and Al-Hasakah.
- The parcel travels with a local transport company and you collect it yourself from that company's office in your governorate.
- No detailed address is needed, because the handover happens at the company's office rather than at your door.
- At checkout you choose the transport company whose office you want to collect from, from those that serve your governorate.
- Expected shipping time: 2 – 4 working days depending on the governorate, counted from the moment your payment is confirmed.
Payment for shipped orders
Cash on delivery is not available in these governorates, because the transport company does not collect the order value on our behalf. Payment is therefore made before the parcel ships:
- Complete your order and choose "Money transfer" as the payment method, then keep the order number shown to you.
- Transfer the order value through any local money-transfer company.
- Send a photo of the transfer receipt on WhatsApp to our official number, quoting your order number. The number and a direct WhatsApp button appear on your order page.
- Once we confirm the transfer has arrived, we ship your order to the transport company office you selected and pass you the consignment details.
Shipping fees
- The shipping fee is not part of the amount you transfer. It is paid directly to the transport company's office when you collect the parcel.
- For the same governorate, the fee differs from one transport company to another. Each company's fee is therefore shown next to its name when you choose it, and the amount due on collection appears in the order summary before you confirm.
- Shipping fees are set by the transport company and may change from time to time.

General terms
- Delivery and shipping times are counted in working days and exclude public holidays.
- Please make sure the phone number you enter is correct — it is our only way of reaching you about your order.
- If we cannot reach you, or the parcel is not collected from the transport company's office within the period that company allows, the order may be returned to us and a return fee may apply.
- Please inspect your order on receipt. For any issue, contact us on WhatsApp straight away quoting your order number.
- You can check your order status at any time on the Track order page using your order number and phone number.
- The governorates covered by direct delivery, the available transport companies and their fees may change. What appears on the checkout page is always what applies.
